There are a variety of questionnaires and assessment tests available to leaders to identify what their strengths and weaknesses are as a leader. Personally I feel that reflection of my relationship past and present accomplishes the same task. It is also important for me to talk to someone with an objective opinion about why certain relationships have failed and why others have been a success (“Contract Management Leadership Development Program”, 2007).
