The Wonderlic Personality Test
The Wonderlic Personality Test takes twelve minutes and there are 50 questions. The questions test potential hires in the areas of learning, problem solving and aptitude. Eldon F. Wonderlic the creator of the Wonderlic Personality test was an industrial psychologist. The Wonderlic Test was created to determine average intelligence of possible employees (Merron, n.d.).
The Wonderlic Test is similar to other standardized tests in that the questions are multiple choice and the difficulty increases as the number of questions are answered. A sample question on the Wonderlic Test asks the taker to observe a set of words and choose the word that does not fit with the others. Difficult from this simple word selection...
