Companies today need to be adaptable. Since information technology (IT) is so important for almost all companies it is vital to have the right server. There are essentially two types of options for companies. The first option is to use one of the more common server types like Windows or Mac operating systems.
The second option is to use an open source server based on Unix or Linux. These operating systems and the servers based upon them are not as common as the traditional server providers like Windows or Mac.
