As we grow older our bodies change significantly. Our skin becomes thinner and less elastic resulting in wrinkles. Many of us lose our hair we become gray or white. These changes are physical ones that happen to all people as they grow old. There are senior illnesses that can bring on complications that result in rapid aging as well(

We can control the aging process by maintaining a healthy weight, keeping good posture and staying physically fit. The natural process of aging causes us to lose muscle tissue resulting in body weight loss as we grow older. Muscle strength is also reduced and there is a natural weakness that occurs in the legs, arms and other extremities of the body as we age....
