Introduction
In the last two decades, Canada has experienced a growth of diversity in culture, language, and religion due to the largest influx of immigrants in the world on a yearly basis (Jacobs, 2009). However, dealing with diversity remains subject to an evolving social context. Social behaviour is based on knowledge, beliefs, and values because people rely on information-based instruments for both amalgamating data and creating presenting solutions.
