Samsung is one of the largest consumer electronics firms in the world. Samsung reported sales for 2007 of KRW98,508 billion and net income of KRW7421 billion for the same period (“Samsung”). The company has had great success manufacturing and marketing a line of products that include televisions, cell phones, and a slew of other consumer electronics.
Samsung’s most recognized products are in the consumer electronics industry where its phones, stereos, DVD players, and a host of appliances are all highly valued for quality and performance.
