Reflective Journaling and Summary on Nursing

Reflective journaling has been central to all my experiences as I have written about most of my experiences and how I have felt about different areas that have affected me. Some specific themes run through the journal that is quite interesting as I reflected through reading the journal through for this project writing. These themes are found in my journal: Empathy, advocate, patient care, patient satisfaction, bullying in the workplace, team leader, teamwork, insubordination, and conflict resolution.
