Promoting Effective Communication INTRODUCTION The objective of this paper is to discuss the importance of promoting effective communication in a company from the point of view of the management. When the management of a company considers the importance of a certain tool or technique, the importance of the same is often related to the positive or the negative effect that it has on the bottom line of the business.
