Philosophy of Proper Leadership Questions about the nature of the business environment and the best leadership philosophy in this environment are the most important questions in business ethics. The ultimate questions are whether ethical leadership is possible? And if ethical leadership is possible what should its guiding philosophy be? In this essay I will suggest an ethical decision making philosophy that will work in almost any circumstance.
