Personal Management Case
My small sports agency, Pucks USA, is experiencing a slump. I represent generally-American hockey players. My client base has recently dwindled. Many of my better-paid players have been picked off by larger, more flashy agencies. Meanwhile, the influx of European talent into the NHL has created competition for my young, hoping-to-be drafted players. These factors have put Pucks USA in the precarious position of needing to get a player signed with a team or closing its doors.
