How Global Warming Can Impact Cities
The fact of global warming is currently not debated. For example, in “The Science of Climate Change” Andrew J. Weaver explains how global temperatures have increased by .6 to .2C during the twentieth century. Under the best possible circumstances the average global temperature will rise another .5C over the next few centuries(Weaver 41).
The major questions relate to whether this is a long term slow change or a quick change caused by human activities. Most experts are of the option that global warming is cause by human activities. According to Weaver,
