Introduction
In my geographical region, namely southern Louisiana, a common nutrition issue is the onset of Type 2 diabetes. The environment in which I live is considered to be the cholesterol capital of the world, and is known for its heavy protein and rice consumption. This kind of eating pattern makes it more likely that the population of the region will acquire nutrition-related illnesses. I would like to avoid this serious disease due to the fact that if I were to acquire it, I would be affected by health problems throughout my life. I have been successful at trying to lose weight, which I have documented over the last few months, but I want to be able to create a plan to ensure that I am able to avoid...

What this means is that as I grow older, I need to take better care of my muscles and my nutrition so that I can maintain a low level of glucose in my system.
