Family Health Promotion Assessment and Initiative Collaborative partnership is an approach to family health promotion with interactions between the nurse and the client that result in periods of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation (Allen & Warner, 2002). The participation of the client in the all the different processes involved in health promotion enables the client contribute to the development of the care plan.
