Abstract This paper shall discuss the prospects for ethical by those living and working in the United States. Learning and behavioral theories are discussed as is enlightened stakeholder theory. Ethical Behavior Modification in the United States The tough economic conditions that many Americans have faced over the past several years have led to much soul searching.
