Excerpts from the Paper

The beginning:
Earthquake Safety
Living in California, it is part of the world we live in that earthquakes happen. Earthquakes are a very dangerous natural disaster, and they can be deadly. Because of the reality of the occurrence of earthquakes in the area, it is very important to know what to do in that situation so that you can survive. There are many pinions on what one should do if they find themselves in an earthquake, but one should take caution in some of this advice. Much of this advice is not approved by any government body or agency, and it is often not the best option of what one should do in this situation. The proper response to an earthquake actually depends on where one is when it hits. This paper believe that one must decide what is the...

This is a short list of what one should do if they find themselves in an earthquake. As anyone can see, there is no simple answer to this question, but rather one must decide on the safest plan based on where one is when the earthquake hits. The safest earthquake response plan for being inside does not look anything like the safest earthquake for someone who is outside. This is why the first thing one must do in an earthquake is determine where they are, and what response they should follow based on their location. This is hopefully a useful guide for what to do in just those types of situations.
