The program used to set up the current evaluation design is a district action research project for helping educators, parents, and other stakeholders deal with bullying more effectively. It was designed in the summer of 2007 by three graduate students, Dan Drosopoulos, Zachariah Heald, and John Mccue, and implemented during the fall semester between September 17, 2007 and December 17, 2007 (Drosopoulos, Heald, & Mccue, 2007).
