The political and legal systems of Germany and China are literally worlds apart from each other. Germany is a democracy with a dynamic political and legal system which continues to be built upon with the representative involvement of the population. On the other hand, the People’s Republic of China is a Communist dictatorship with a political and legal system which has been designed by a very limited group of power brokers who have maintained control over the country for almost 60 years.
