Unemployment is a topic that has been all over the news lately. The good shape or the economy of a country has a lot to do with the rate of unemployment. The ability to generate solid jobs depends in great part of the ability of the government to create economical activity. The government is like that wealthy man whose obligation is described by Carnegie in The Gospel of Wealth as follows:
[..]..the man of wealth thus becoming the mere agent and trustee for his poorer brethren, bringing to their service tier superior wisdom, experience, and ability to administer, doing for them better than they would or could do for themselves.(p. 399)
