Analysis of Gomez and Wald Article on Leadership and HR Management Introduction The purpose of this critical analysis is to discuss some of the issues raised in Gomez and Wald’s (2010) article on public-sector salary disclosure in Ontario from a human resources (HR) perspective. The following two basic HR issues will be used as a theoretical frame through which to analyze the work of Gomez and Wald (2010): (a) Administration, (b) conflict management and (c) productivity.
