He came to the emergency room complaining of increased fatigue, light-headedness, fatigue, headaches, palpitations, dizziness, weakness, and difficulty seeing. He denied any fever, chills, sweating, fatigue, chest pain, cough, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, leg pain, swelling in his feet or extremity weakness.
