Introduction
Hybrid vehicles are a window to the future of automobiles and the Honda Civic and Toyota Prius are leading the way. There are increasing types of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicle son the market. Hybrid automobiles employ a gasoline engine which is supplemented by an electric motor which switches on during times when the vehicle can rely on lower horsepower. This system allows for excellent fuel economy.
